the Nelimarkka Residency carries out artist Eero Nelimarkka`s long-term dream of establishing an art school. The residency is located in a rural setting, four kilometres from the small Alajärvi Centre, close to a lake and natural surroundings. Circa 10 artists live and work at the residency annually.
It is an exchange program intended for artists, creators and curators who want to develop a specific project and enrich their creative and artistic resources by doing art residencies in Buenos Aires, other provinces in Argentina and other cities of the world.
A creative retreat at Dreamfarm is a chance to spend focused time in an inspiring natural setting in order to develop meaningful creative projects. Each retreat participant rents a private studio, as both a residence and a creative workspace, for stays of between one and four weeks.
